ART - About ART : Commission based Art Studio bringing unique designs to Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale, Fayetteville, and the rest of Northwest Arkansas.

Becky Christenson is versatile in subject matter as well as medium... and ART is her true passion.

Christenson’s Bentonville studio and gallery is called “ART”, and it’s here where she makes custom, one-of-a-kind architectural clay pieces on a commissioned basis. In addition to commissioned installations, Becky works in oils, acrylics, pastels, concrete sculptures, sinks, bird baths, fireplace surrounds, tile, and much more.

At ART, you can view examples of unique ceramics, original paintings, and a variety of clay creations. The inspiration that connects Becky’s diverse talents and techniques comes from her Madison County cabin... and the wooded surroundings of the natural state.

Becky is a past president of the Associated Artist’s of Philbrook Art Museum in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She holds a degree in graphic design, and she has previously taught art at Saint Vincent de Paul School in Rogers, and currentyl gives private lessons at her studio and gallery.

Artist's Statement

When I walk the land of Madison County or the unspoiled pockets of wilderness surrounding Beaver lake, I take in the glorious nature of it all. I keep those visuals in my mind. Those images then inspire paintings, sculptures, or clay compositions. In the end, my art aspires to connect people and places... one to the other, and to the beauty of the world around us.
